Critical Haze is the result of crossing the enormous-yielding Critical Mass with an Afghan Haze male plant. Its genetics are 50% Afghani, 25% Skunk and 25% Haze. Critical Haze produces large yields of Haze scented/flavoured buds.
This is a weed plant that has the potential to blow your socks off when cultivated with a little skill and a good deal of patience and attention and it makes growing Haze indoors a much more realistic proposition. It grows well indoors but is also suitable for many regions of the world outdoors. The best solution of all for growers in northern European-type climates is to use a greenhouse which offers protection especially in the later stages of flowering. Being an F1 strain means that there will be some pheno-typical variation resulting in a range of flowering times between 8 and 12 weeks although the majority will be ready in 10 weeks.
Yields are very good and are between 450 – 650 gr/m2 under 600 watt lights. Outdoor/greenhouse yields can be extremely high when grown correctly. Although Critical Mass thrives on lots of nutrients, be careful not to feed it too much.
