Are there any shipping restrictions?
Products can only be shipped to an address within South Africa.
Is there a minimum online order?
We have a minimum of six (6) clones per order. Each Clone Transporter has the capacity to hold six (6) clones, hence the reason for our minimum order of six (6).
How does payment work?
Our banking gets updated every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Should your payment reflect before/on any one of these days you will get a mail generated directly from our system stating that your funds have been received and that your order is now being processed.
Once the above mail is received, your order will take approximately +- 7-working days to despatch.
Despatches take place every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday’s to ensure the shortest transit times with the courier.
***NB : Please check your spam/junk mailbox for your “Order Processing” email as sometimes your mail-provider will flag this mail as spam/junk.

What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping rates are offered at a flat fee of R200.00
*Subject to change on Large or special order’s.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to courier tracking service from there you may follow your package online until it arrives at your door.
When will my order be delivered?
Currently it is season and we are extremely busy, so we have moved our delivery times to +/- 7 working days days.
If we can deliver sooner we will contact you to confirm a earlier delivery date.
Packages are couriered/sent on the following days:
Monday, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
Generally we have stock on hand that is rooted and ready to be sent on the next available delivery day.
If your order requires to be individual cut & rooted, we have a production lead time of 1-2 weeks from the time of placing your order, we will contact you to discuss a delivery date as sometimes we will be able to process your order on the very next day if there is stock on hand, if not you shall be given a lead time on your order.
The clones can last up to 6-7 days in transit, so no need to worry if they have to sit in a holding bay for the weekend.

What do you do if your package is not delivered?
You may contact us as this would show on the tracking service and we will contact them and escalate the matter further.
What if I am not home to collect my order?
You will have to make a plan here for someone to be available at home or work, or arrange for another friends house whom you trust & is able to help you out, before we send your package.
How do you ensure safe transportation of the products?
We at Canna Clone have amazing clone transporters, that safely hold the clones in place during transit. Each Clone Transporter has the capacity to hold six (6) clones, hence the reason for our minimum order of 6 clones. To top off that we have a white LED inside the packaging keeping the clones in Vegetative state until they arrive at your door..
Is shipping discreet?
Yes our packaging is discreet and safe.
Arrive alive policy
To give you even more peace of mind when purchasing clones with Canna Clone we shall provide you with free insurance on your order. this basically means that if there are any problems with the clones when they arrive we will resend you new clones at the next available delivery day free of charge.
